Refund policy

 

  • You can cancel your order up to 14 days after it has been delivered and you don’t need to give a reason.
  • The order must be returned to us in brand new unopened condition within 14 days from notifying us of your cancellation, in order to be eligible for a refund.
  • Please note delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to notify us of a faulty item, please email us at info@rawnaturals.co.uk giving us as much information as possible.


Shipping To return your product, please contact us in the first instance and we will guide you through the process.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item of significant value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
